Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Welder to join our steel fabrication team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on welding experience, with a focus on precision and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding on structural steel components
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols
• Ensure all welds meet company quality standards and safety regulations
• Operate and maintain welding tools and equipment
• Work collaboratively with other team members on fabrication projects
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of welding experience in a structural or industrial setting
• Certification in welding (CWB or equivalent) preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings
• Safety-focused mindset
